Hi! I'm Dina, the founder of Sparkling Leaders LLC—an inquiry-based learning company dedicated to fueling the growth of inquisitive people through development, coaching, and networking.

With over 20 years of experience in management, communications, and professional development, I specialize in cultivating a positive mindset. My approach involves leveraging individuals’ unique strengths to bridge the gaps between their current positions and aspirations. 

My coaching journey has been enriched by a diverse background, including roles at Smith College, Stanford GSB Executive Education, and the USGS Volcano Hazards Program. My corporate journey spans data analytics consulting, marketing, HR, and the establishment of a printing company.

I hold a Ph.D. in volcanology, reflecting my passion for learning and exploration. Beyond coaching, I'm an avid reader/Audible listener, love design, and have been synthesizing business concepts in digital cartoon formats.

Different places, words, and actions can push us outside our comfort zone and stretch us to see things in a new way. As a child, I sparkled with infectious curiosity and joy. Sparkling Leaders is about returning to that childhood spark to support the playful mindset needed to learn from our successes and our mistakes.
