Making progress towards long-term goals is often one of the largest challenges we face in our professional and personal lives. It’s easy to focus on the short-term emergencies and lose sight of the bigger picture.
Often people feel pulled in so many directions during the day that they don’t feel they can think about their long-term goals until the evening. Sadly, we all know that it’s hard to make progress on something when we are tired and need rest.
