We look for the intersection of what you enjoy doing, your values, and your strengths. A few of the topics we cover in different sessions are:

  • priorities and self-care to help prevent or recover from burnout.

  • organization and time management to help you achieve your goals.

  • tools and strategies to help manage ADHD symptoms.
