Looking back at 2024 - Favorite books

I love listening to and reading books. These are my favorites from 2024 - the first batch are general and the second batch are focused on coaching. Each one had three or more takeaways I could apply to my life. I have posted about some separately and will post about others in the coming year.

I took a deep dive into coaching this year as I prepared for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) exam in the spring and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential exam in the fall (for more, see my posts on how I prepared for the BCC and ACC exams). In the beginning of the year I read more general coaching books whereas towards the end of the year I focused on Internal Family Systems, Teams, and Trauma.
